This Privacy Policy explains how and what information is collected when accessing or using any of the Internet properties and/or websites of Dr. James Mally, the Healing Arts Institute (www.healingartsinstitute.com), Abundant Health Resources Inc. (www.abundantheath.com), Hands on Healing and the Massage Technique Database (collectively referred to herein simply as “Abundant Health”). Abundant Health does not collect personal information about you unless you choose to register as a subscriber, or order a product or service on this Website where gathering personal information is necessary to fulfill the transaction. Subscriber registration, ordering products and services, and providing personal information are entirely voluntary. 2. Personal/Financial Information. Some web pages provide you with the opportunity to register as a Subscriber, order products and services, and make e-mail inquiries. When doing so, you may be asked to provide personal and/or financial information, such as the following: • Name • Address • E-Mail Address • Phone Number • Credit/Debit Card Information 3. Use of Personal/Financial Information. The Website Server collects and maintains the personal/financial information provided. This information is used by Abundant Health or Abundant Health’s vendors (i.e. Web Server, PayPal) who collect the information for Abundant Health for the purposes of billing, shipping products, collecting payments, and communicating to the customer. The financial information is not shared or sold to any outside third parties. However, Abundant Health retains the ability and right to transfer your personal/financial information upon the sale of the business to the new owner. 4. Security of Personal/Financial Information. Abundant Health is committed to protecting the security of your personal financial information, and has in place security measures to safeguard this information from unauthorized access, use, and/or disclosure. The personal/financial information provided to Abundant Health is secured by a Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”), a cryptographic protocol that provides security for communication over the internet. The personal/financial information is then stored in a secure area of the Website. 5. Automatically Collected Information. During your visit to Abundant Health Websites, our Web Server automatically gathers and stores certain information about your use of our sites. This information does not personally identify you, and your e-mail address is not collected in this automatic process. The information that is automatically collected and stored is: • The date and time of your visit to Abundant Health. • Your internet domain and internet protocol address. • The type of browser and operating system you used to access Abundant Health. • The web pages and services you accessed at Abundant Health. • Any information you download from Abundant Health. • The IP address of a referring website from which you came to Abundant Health. By registering as a Subscriber, you agree to receive electronic mailings from Abundant Health and select third party affiliates of Abundant Health’s offering promotional information and benefits. 9. Abundant Health reserves the right to access, use, or disclose personal/financial information as required by law; to protect the interests or property of Abundant Health, its Owners, employees, agents, representatives, and/ or affiliated third parties; and to protect the safety of Abundant Health, its Owners, employees, agents, representatives and/or the general public. 10. Opting Out. Registered Subscribers and customers who do not wish to receive communications from Abundant Health, including but not limited to promotional materials, or who wish to have their personal/financial information removed from the system, or who want to unsubscribe may do so by sending an e-mail request to Abundant Health. Please note that there may be some lag time between the time that an opt-out request is made and the processing of that request. 11. No Privileged Communication. Communications you send to Abundant Health are not confidential or protected by any professional privilege or relationship. 12. Modification. As per the Terms of Use, Abundant Health may modify this Privacy Policy at anytime without notification to you. By continuing to use the Abundant Health Websites after modification(s), you are agreeing to be bound by the changes to the Policy. 13. Entire Agreement. This Privacy Policy, along with the Terms of Use and the Legal Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between the Website User/Visitor and Abundant Health.
